Went to a hiring event. So disorganized and all over the place. Interviewer was all over the place and barely paid attention. How do you have a national hiring event hundreds of people show up to and post more positions a few days later? So you’re telling me out of 2-300 people NOBODY was qualified to be a cashier? Hiring events are terrible and Lowe’s.

Interview
Straight forward interview with only behavioral questions. I would focus on STAR method as they ask for examples for each question they ask. Only one interview for the position and it was with the merchandiser lead who was very kind.
Good and quick. Interview occurred within a week of applying and questions weren’t difficult at all in my opinion. Would prefer if you have experience with warehouse vehicles. Would do again.
