I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in Apr 2010
Interview
Had three interviews with three separate people. Human Resource manager, Admin Manager, Store Manager. Was not given any consideration even though I had been at the location two years longer than the most seasoned applicant. When told I wasn't selected all the store manager offered me was "You weren't my first choice." and that they were looking for the answer of 'time management' to the question of "What do you think is needed to survive in retail?" This new interview process is confusing and time consuming. None of the management seems to be happy about it.

Easy. Online application then in person interview. It is not a difficult interview. They just ask basic questions and they are not hard to answer. It is not a hard job to get.
