Applied online, received call 4 days later for interview Hiring Manager was very nice and quick process. I came in that day and sat down one on one and he just asked me a few questions and whether I would consent to background check and drug test a few days after interview but I got an email saying that Lowe's had chosen somebody else for the job

It was a simple interview, I just filled out a form and then was asked a few situational questions. It was very laid back and was more like a quick conversation. Only lasted about 10 minutes.

The process was very efficient and easy. They went through a list of questions, but the interviewer really listened to my answers and responded thoughtfully. I felt like I was able to say everything I needed to in order to communicate my experience.

Interview
It was very simple, with only five questions asked. The questions all related to safety and leadership. I found all of them very easy, even with no work experience. They are very forgiving as well.
