Relatively short, easy interview. ask you basic questions about what you do, how you handle a situation with a customer, how you are in pressure environment. Ask about former jobs.

How would you turn a negative interaction with a customer into a positive one in a given scenario (heard it changes)
It was quick. one on one with manager who who offered position immediately despite little to no hardware experience. I would recommend the interview to anyone who wants to try it.

Quick, they don’t make you wait long. Only a few questions. They might send you an offer on the spot if they really think you’re a good fit. Pretty easy if you know the store mission and info beforehand.
