Luihn Food Systems interview questions

I was referred this job by a current General Manager. He put my application on the director's radar and within the week I had a face-to-face interview. Met with multi-unit manager and his superior at a restaurant for an hour and discussed my work history and the job description. They did as me how much I made and how much I wanted as far as compensation. They were both very fair and reasonable. Then came the background check and drug test. After that, they made me my official offer and I put in my notice at previous position. Started a week after that.

Started with a phone interview, met with Area Coach (Great guy) Director of Ops shows up 30 minutes late, absolutely disorganzied, apparently never read (or cant read my resume! Got mad cause he couldnt get a drink, like guest should leave because he was thirsty! I have experience in EVERY area he discussed, he tried to down play all my experience! He randomly tells me he cant please his wife because hes "not big enought to fill a taco shell?! Lol. Totally random! But im certain he likely telling the truth! Haha... After a bunch of disorganiEd madness, "I" ended the interview and wished them luck in finding someone. I don't recommend a franchise to anyone, this one gives too much POWER to the directors (owners just collecting checks) They need to be managed into reality, cause little man needs a new careera
