Lumenor Consulting Group interview questions

Process began with a video interview to respond to 5 questions, then proceeded to two thirty minute interviews via Teams. The first interview was with a third party recruiter followed by an interview with the individual currently in the position. I assume the next step would have been to meet with the hiring manager. The recruiter did a great job detailing the job, almost as if he was an actual employee. However, he never followed up with a simple no thank you, even though I sent thank you notes immediately following my interviews. Ultimately left a poor impression on me.
