- Initial Screening by phone - First Interview - Skills Testing - Final Interview - with a higher-level manager of the team . During this interview, they asked more in-depth questions about the my experience, as well as assess cultural fit.

Question 1
Can you tell us about your previous experience in compliance or regulatory affairs? How do you stay current on changes in compliance regulations? Can you walk us through your understanding of the compliance risk management process?
Interview with lead and the recruiter, followed by a take home test. The interview was pleasant, asking about my background and the motivation to work for Luminor. Take home test is essentially the writing of a suspicious activity report based on the provided information.
Shortly after submitting the homework, I received a rejection letter from the recruiter. I asked them to provide me with more feedback, however, I did not receive anything in return. This is not something that is difficult to do, so the reluctance to not provide proper feedback is not understandable. This does not motivate me to apply to Luminor in the future.
