Interview
One phone screen. Two meetings. Second with upper management. There are no drug tests. They care more about hiring cool people they can hang out with. They hire temps at first but if you prove yourself after 4-6 months they will offer full employee benefits.
An introduction about yourself and work history. Then there was the typical interview questions and situational examples of past employees/customers. I got a call back within an hour offering a position.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with an angry customer.
Super easy, just video call with one of manager asking simple questions and few days I got hired then he went over the next process for onboarding. It was just one interview to make decisions

Interview
They do group interviews. It takes a while since they go around the room for each individual answer. Everyone seem to piggy back off of each other. They are most likely looking for the one who is creative in their answer and stands out the most.
