My interview experience felt unprofessional overall. After an initial screening call, I was invited to a second interview, which was scheduled for 7:00 pm to accommodate an interviewer who was based overseas. During that interview, I was asked to calculate specific KPIs from a case study spreadsheet. However, the interview team was unable to provide me with access to the spreadsheet and instead encouraged me to complete the calculations manually. In addition, the interviewers seemed disengaged and unmotivated throughout the conversation. After the interview, I did not receive any follow up or update on the process.
