I met LyondellBasell and recruited with them at my University Career Fair. From there I got invited to their event for prospective candidates to learn more about the company and meet with their recruiter one more time to ask questions and get to know them better. Within the next few days I was interviewed by the recruiter I spoked with and the Manager of my department.

What makes you different from every other candidate?
Formal in person interview with 2 reps and they asked me questions from a packet. Asked to to answer using the STAR method. Mostly hr related questions not any texhincial.

Tell about a time you didn’t know something and what did you do?
It was a great interview process. The whole process was very simple, fast, and clear from the start. They were also very quick in giving their response. Consisted of 2 30 minute interviews.

first round was online assessment which was for 13 mins for 50 questions which were very basics and easy then a technical interview round and a HR round in all it was very easy.
