Lyons Insurance interview questions

Had a phone interview with recruiter, virtual interview, and then in person interview where they even toured me around the office and introduced me to several of the staff. Pretty standard interview questions about industry experience, day to day responsibilities, and examples of successes and disappointments with clients. After all that did not hear back from the recruiter or company with any feedback from my interviews and if I had gotten the job or not, After months I asked why I never heard back about the job or feedback from the interview, and the recruiter's response was "Well you never reached out to me so I never reached out to you."
