I had 4 interviews with Lyra along with a 3+hour long assignment. After many hours invested in the process, I was rejected and only received a ‘best of luck’ email with no feedback. For a company that specializes in mental health, it’s disappointing to see that their interview process lacks humanity and respect for people’s time, especially when tasking them to do hours long projects for free. While there might not have been a best fit, it’s still important to be gracious and offer feedback for those that out so much time in. We’re all human, please be respectful of candidates too.

Interview
Recruiters and interviewers were very nice and communicative about the process. Unfortunately the interview process is lengthy (which they are transparent about). Whole process took two months and I did not receive an offer. Questions in each round were a bit repetitive.
The recruiter screen was pleasant and got me really excited to have the opportunity to interview for a role at this company. However, the HM interview was just awful. It seemed like the HM had formed an opinion about me prior to even speaking and was having reservations about the fact that I was not proficient at every bullet point in the job description. I felt that was unreasonable and it did not feel like this particular HM/team valued investing in their new employees. Additionally communication was awful and not up to the standards that I would expect an HM to be at.
