Be VERY careful when interviewing. Lyra Health will never contact you from anything other than an @lyrahealth.com email address. They will not text you nor will they conduct a text-only interview during Skype. People are posing as Lyra Health recruiters trying to scam people for their personal information (they ended up with my name and home address unfortunately, but nothing overly critical). They’ll copy/paste information from the website to make it seem legit (I knew those responses were too quick), ask a bunch of seemingly interview standard questions, and will also say they’ll send you a check to purchase certain softwares if you “get hired” for the position, but not before asking for you to foot the bill for the cost of in-home equipment. If a potential employer is asking YOU to pay for their equipment and not outright providing it for you it is oftentimes not legitimate. Most times, you are only paying for company equipment if it somehow gets damaged in your care.
The people who do the things I listed above are scammers seeking your personal information. If you get a text from an unknown number saying they reviewed your resume on indeed, do NOT answer it. Block the number immediately and do not engage with those people. If you happen to do the Skype chat, do not share any personal banking info, your social, or anything else they might use against you.
