Took me through a gruelling four stage (in business hours) interview process plus a two-hour Notion+Loom take-home project. Very nearly got terminated from my existing role jumping through all of their hoops. Was told at interview #2 that I should expect an offer, then contacted to interview again, given a take-home project, and returned for another interview to present it and interview again - only to ultimately not get the role. I've been put through less for jobs with security clearances.
