I had a really positive interview experience with Lyrebird Health. I progressed to the cross-functional round, where I had the opportunity to meet team members across engineering, including the Head of Engineering, as well as representatives from product design and customer support. It gave me a well-rounded view of how the team collaborates, which I appreciated.
Everyone I met throughout the process was approachable, thoughtful, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. The culture came across as supportive and collaborative.
I’d also like to give a big thanks to the talent partner, who was especially empathetic and communicative. She kept me consistently updated at every stage and made the whole process feel smooth and respectful.
Unfortunately, I understand that due to restructuring or headcount constraints, they were unable to proceed further with my application. That said, I still really appreciate the experience and the time the team invested.
Overall, a great interview process with a team that clearly values people.
