MAËLYS interview questions

It started standard with a recruiter call and home assignment (light data analysis and website improvements review). Then an in-person interview that contradicted the job description nearly point-for-point. Highlights (I was so shocked by it that I wrote these down the same day): "no prior experience is needed so your experience is irrelevant and we don't need to discuss it", "the job includes no coding at all and no SEO knowledge", "this is a very very junior position", "basically all your tasks will come from others, you will barely define anything yourself", "the focus is entirely maintenance of the site, not improvements", "we're happy with how the site is, we don't have any special plans for it", "we mainly need you to do boring repetitive tasks on a buggy cms (Squidex)", "you won't have the opportunity to progress in the Product team even after 1.5 years". The entire interaction felt like the interviewer was trying to convince me that I was not a good fit for the position despite my direct experience and my having passed the home assignment.
