MAC Panel interview questions

A brief discussion with the wiring manager, where I was offered a position on the spot (which wasn't hard to get) and then given a tour of the facility. It was a mostly informal process. I met alone in a conference room with the wiring manager, where we discussed my previous work history. He also asked me what I made at my previous job. I was neive and told him, at which point he put me on the spot and pushed me into accepting the same payment for his offer. Lesson learned.
