MBK Real Estate interview questions

MBK reached out via Linkedin messaging, saying if I was interested in the manager role to email her. I let her know that I was looking for director or vp roles, and if the current could be expanded, I would be interested in discussing further. Two weeks later, she sent the same exact Linkedin message. I forwarded my previous email. We scheduled a screening call, which she was a few minutes late to. She cut the conversation short once I say what my salary requirement was, saying that she would have to check with the hiring manager. The next day, she reached out to schedule another 1:1 call. But then she was a no-show. We try again, and this time the call went well. She followed up with an application and pre-employment survey.
