The interview process took about 1–2 weeks and included three rounds: a 30-minute call with the recruiter, a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager, and a 1.5-hour panel with the hiring manager, finance manager, and controller.
While the timeline was efficient, I was disappointed by the communication afterward. Despite completing all rounds and following up, I received no direct response from the recruiter—only a generic email—after previously being urged to schedule interviews quickly because they were in their “final rounds.” Additionally, during the panel, the controller made a comment such as “for future interviews, you should mention this experience,” which made it feel as though a decision had already been made before my final interview. Overall, the lack of transparency and follow-through made me feel that the culture may not be as strong as I had hoped, and in hindsight, I’m glad I didn’t move forward with the role.
