MG Design Group interview questions

Candidates are given current jobs to work on for the interview, with the employer checking on the candidate every so often. Office is unorganized. No contract is offered, nor any other paperwork upon offer of job and acceptance of job. Terms of employment are verbal. Did not have to fill out W4, even when I asked if I needed to.
