-OA, Assessment centre and interview process was overwhelmingly positive, really enjoyed learning about the team, other candiates and what their specialisms and interests were, however under no circumstances should one have to wait in excess of 3 months to find out what the outcome of their interview is. - Although there is a graduate intake in April due before the intake I was interviewing for, the time taken to give an interviewee an outcome means that it does not reflect well on what seems to be a very ambitious and people-driven company.
