The interviewers were professional. I was rejected, but I thought that was a very fair process so nothing personal. However, the way the process was handled was terrible. I'd be ashamed if I worked for that organization. The staff reassured me they would reimburse my travel expenses regardless of the outcome. In writing. However, my emails and calls went unanswered after the interview. To me, that says a lot about the organization's culture and level of trust one should have in them. I am intending not to re-apply for any of their roles. and I advised my network not to do so either.

Applied on the MHRA website, pretty simple process. Then got contacted to go down for a face to face at the MHRA office. The whole process did not take long and the face to face was Scheduled for 30 Minutes to be followed up by some tests at a later date. I got no information on who I was going to meet only a time and date and even after contacting HR was not able to obtain this information until I arrived for the interview. I thought this to be poor as it's important to know who will be interviewing and this information is always normally provided.
