Took about a month and a half from applying to get phone screen with recruiter. Interview process was very smooth and streamlined. Had one virtual meeting with hiring manager and an onsite interview (3 rounds).

Interview
Phone interview with HR about previous experience, why do I want to leave my current job etc. followed next week by a zoom interview with engineering department about previous experience, skills and some specifics. It was not in the form of a technical exam but some theory was involved. Manufacturing and interaction with customers was also asked. Smooth process, everyone was so nice.
