MM Group interview questions

It was in person. The atmosphere was neutral, I can not say that it was a good one . The HR seemed to be abit angry, but not at me, in general. Although they did not write in the job description that German is a must, they handled the interview completely in german. The hiring manager was nice but i noticed that he also does not know exactly what they want to do. All in all, i did not want to join their company at the end, although they rejected my application two weeks later.

It was a five-step interview, The first step took place in Turkish with HR, but they asked an English question. In the second step, they took an Excel exam and character analysis. The third step took place together with the manager. They asked three English human resources questions. The fourth step was with the director, manager and HR in the factory. The fifth step was on the same day with the HR manager on English HR questions and proposal proposal.
