MMUK interview questions

3 interviews. Highly disorganised. HR and manager were completely unaware of the roles that they actually perform and questions that they need to ask during the interview. Each interview was over an hour in length. Company invited you to interview for roles that you didn't apply for and offered base salary. This is despite current employers salary being double what they were offering. No only insulting to the interviewee but absolutely ridiculous. Clueless style of interviewing but we got there in the end.
