      Data Personalization Manager Interview

      Oct 11, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MSC Cruises in Oct 2018

      Interview

Trying to get recruited by MSC was an horrific experience. Before I was even able to apply, there were lots of time consuming tasks to do, including a dozen online tests which take nearly 2 hours to complete. Then, I had an interview with a HR coordinator and an operational representative that I found particularly disrepectful. The interview started 30 minutes late and lasted only 20 minutes. They first asked me to introduce myself in 5 minutes and did not mind to cut me many times while I was speaking. Then the operational representative spoke out of focus for about 10 minutes and barely let me speak. Finally the HR told me the interview was over without even letting me ask one question. I really had the impression to be a number on an excel file. Somehow, I felt quite relieved not to go further in the recruiting process.
