many interviews of 30 min in a conversation style with several decision makers in the region and in the line of business. Very positive interactions and polite interviewers. Transparency was a key word to ensure both parties were equally understood.

Lengthy, They take their time to determine if they are hiring the right person. For this particular job I was interviewed over a period of four months before a decision was finally made and went through five rounds of interviews that included a presentation to the group that would be working with.
