3 step interview process with senior managers. Interviews were scheduled very quick by HR, but I never got any feedback since about a year ago. Very unprofessional process, waste of time.

Interview
Quick. 3-4 weeks from the recruiter reached out until my first day at the job. I did 1 screening and 3 interviews. It surprised me that the interview rounds where the same, I met a person from the team and had a chat about my ambitions, the role, the team, and why I would like to work there. I didn't have to do any case preparation or complete assessment tests. It seemed odd to not differentiate between the purpose of each interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MSCI (Paris) in Feb 2022
Interview
I was reached out to through LinkedIn, and then I had an interview with a consultant from MSCI. It was pretty straightforward. They seemed busy as they didn't even have time to introduce themselves. I didn't have much of a connection with the interviewer, and he was honest that they wouldn't continue the process.
