Behavioral questions in several one on ome interviews in new york. You meet at least 10 people total so it is quite a long process but they are geniunely interested to learn about you and if you will fit with the team and the bank's culture.

Interview
The interview consist of 3 rounds as follows:
1st round - Recruiter.
2nd round - Direct hiring manager.
3rd round - Head of department.
In general, the recruiter is the easiest to pass.
