Star based interview questions my experience was very good and the people I was interviewed made it a comfortable experience. It was a group interview with the operator supervisors. A example of some questions were " How was your the atmosphere at your last job?" " Do you see yourself working here long term or short?". Most the questions were very easy and just about yourself.

Very comfortable, a panel of 4. Lasted about 30 minutes, emphasis on "Team-Work", Safety, Quality of work and following Policies & Procedures. The hiring process took about 30 days form applying on line to the job offer. I have heard of some taking as little as 2 weeks.
