Interview was straightforward and quick. A couple conversations with the CEO and COO then an exercise and presentation to a panel. The exercise was to show what sort of profiles you'd source when given a job description, and some ideas on funnel metrics.

Interview process was very smooth, initial screen, take home project and final round that had 3 back to back interviews (take home review, manager interview, cultural interview with coworkers)

Start off with a video screening, then a take home project, Then take home project review interview, Then a live debug challenge interview, Then meet the team interview with 3 higher ups back to back to back(1 and a half hour in total), This includes senior Product manager, Co-founder/Engineering manager, Engineering lead. They dgaf about the candidates, Engineering lead got on meeting 6 minutes late and wasn't aware he was the last interviewer. Also did not care or show interest at all during the interview process. Got a cold rejection after the meet the team interview with 0 feedback. When I ask for feedback in a follow up email I got ghosted with 0 response.
