I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Magna International in Sep 2012
Interview
I submitted my resume to their HR during campus job fair, and got a phone interview the week after. I was interview by three engineers, the leader of which is Indian. It was not so good as expected as they insist to use the speaker and it was pretty noisy plus the Indian accent. I wasn't able to understand some of their questions so I made my best guess. Their questions are focused on resume, and they really digs deep within.

Interview
The hiring and engineer managers were friendly. I still don’t know if I got the job but I am hopeful. The job is not remote but the company maintains adequate covid measures.

Interview
too delayed responses, giving an indication right from the start that there is actually no need for this hiring but still are inviting for interview just to book their time for internal reporting, complete lack of interest, and no response on follow ups
