Interview
One phone interview and one in person interview was conducted. They asked simple questions regarding my resume and some basic questions to gauge my understanding of the company. I was interviewed by 3 different employees for the total of one hour.
The interview was long but organized. I spoke with the hiring manager, HR, and two technical positions (separately) for a total of about 3 hours. The interview itself was not intense, though.

Interview
Asked questions about Kalman filter, PID control, and finally a simple C++ coding session to test my understanding of classes & inheritance . The interview was one stage and lasted 45 minutes.
Prefers in person to online interviews. Usually multiple interviewers. Not typically technical questions, mostly behavioural. Memorize your resume, they will have read through it in detail by the interview. A strong handshake and good eye contact will go far.
