I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Magna International (Lowell, MI) in Mar 2018
Interview
Initially, I had a phone screen with the Senior Buyer. After, I was brought onsite where I interviewed with the entire procurement team. Two weeks later I received a phone call and an offer letter.

Question 1
I was asked about my knowledge of the procurement process, supplier management, experience with Excel and other ERP systems.
The interview was long but organized. I spoke with the hiring manager, HR, and two technical positions (separately) for a total of about 3 hours. The interview itself was not intense, though.

Prefers in person to online interviews. Usually multiple interviewers. Not typically technical questions, mostly behavioural. Memorize your resume, they will have read through it in detail by the interview. A strong handshake and good eye contact will go far.
