start by some easy questions about background and software I know such as illustrator and graphic design sfwtares experiences then asked me to write about a topic handwritten It was a long time I haven't write in paper because I always type and then so many personal question

First of all I had phone screening with the HR officer. Secondly, I had an 1 hour interview with the design director. Finally, there was a design assignment. Overall, the hiring process was very good. The HR officer and design director were very nice and well listening candidates.
