Mai-Kai interview questions

The interview was scheduled in advance, but the job description and specific requirements were not provided initially. Later, I received a brief outline of the expectations, which was only a few sentences long. To prepare, I took the initiative to create a plan based on the limited details available. As the interview date approached, the meeting format kept changing. Initially, I was informed to join via phone instead of Microsoft Teams, but then it switched back to Teams. However, just three minutes before the scheduled time, I was notified that they no longer needed a candidate, and the interview was canceled. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of clear communication and last-minute changes. I would recommend future candidates clarify expectations and interview logistics in advance to avoid similar issues.
