The process took about 3 weeks. After submitting my application for the position, I received an automated response to schedule a phone call with their recruiter. I scheduled for early the following week. The recruiter asked me some questions about myself, my experience, and shared details about the position as well as expected salary. That went well and she informed me that she’d like to pass my information along to the hiring manager. Soon after, she set up a virtual interview with the hiring manager and clinic director. After the 1st virtual interview went well, I was asked to also interview virtually with two pelvic floor PTs in the system, with the hiring manager and clinic director sitting in as well. I also set up a site visit to see the clinic where I’d be practicing and was able to meet the clinic director in person prior to receiving an offer.
