Maintastic interview questions

1. Introductory interview with small focus on frontend-Angular tech skills 2. Home assignment (required about 4 hours of coding using Angular framework) 3. Home assignment demonstration to the team with frontend-Angular related questions 4. 1on1 meeting with the CEO. He gave me a nonsense 5-min-length monologue with a grinning face that they are startup (since 2016...) so they won't pay much salary even they are satisfied my senior knowledge and it is a big-big opportunity to get a maximum 50k yearly income in Aachen. 5. Personal meeting, they promised my costs will be payed. The whole team seemed friendly at first but the atmosphere was like I was in a pensioners club where nobody does a big work. After some small introductory interviews the CEO also started to gave me the same speech with the same irritating grinning style about my salary in our 1on1. 6. 1 week later I got a rejection without any reason but the HR haven't answered to any of my emails about my costs even though they promised me to get a payback in few days. It was needed to ask the CEO to not to disappear from me because I payed much money to go to Aachen personally. Finally they payed my costs back but this process was very inflexible and cumbersome and the CEO didn't even apologise to me, he didn't even dignify me with a simple reply...
