MakeLeaps interview questions

First interview with HR, pretty standard one with standard HR-related questions. "Will get back to you ASAP after I hear back from the team" - never happened. Moreover, two follow up messages (one on LI and another via email, both with a whole week gap between) have been ignored. Don't think ghosting candidates is better than either telling them they were not selected or just replying with "still waiting" if there's been no feedback from the team yet.
