Malai Ice Cream interview questions

Very unprofessional. Interviewer showed up late and I had to wait outside in the cold rain. Did not offer a phone screen or virtual initial interview which was bizarre. I thought it went very well, sent a standard and thorough thank-you note after and was completely ghosted. It was incredibly unprofessional and of course the job posting was listed a few weeks later. Also the hiring pay is a complete joke compared to other positions in the field, and they expect people to work weekends. Seems like a total mess. Good luck! Glad I dodged a bullet.
