The interview itself consists of three stages, before the actual interview you have a small phone interview for background check and general overview, after that you are invited to the actual 1:1 interview with manager

They have asked for some background information regarding my previous work field, workflow itself and what kind of applications/softwares I was using. They have also asked why am I applying for a certain position, and how I see my future.
