Initial call was with an internal recruiter who rescheduled the interview last minute and ended up being late anyway. Despite the disorganization they were friendly and the conversation was good. I found it interesting that the recruiter mentioned they were reviewing the 4 day working week benefit and hinted that it could be revoked in the future as it was difficult to manage with an expanding team. After this call I was ghosted and follow up emails ignored. Extremely poor form and even an automated email from the HR system would have been sufficient.
