    I worked at Mambu full-time

    Pros

Intersting FinTech concept, large Romanian engineering office, international clients including non-profits

    Cons

Poor platform, bad enginnering, chaotic internal communication. Too many politics for such a small company. Some "alternative facts" when selling the solutions to clients that later engineers need to adapt.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with clients and employees

I have been working at Mambu full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - employees help each other when asked
    - strong belief in knowledge sharing
    - everyone is given free will on the path they want to take
    - feedback sessions that targets goals set beforehand
    - rewarding performance with monthly bonuses
    - although you're working with colleagues, you feel like you're having fun with friends
    - although a fast growing corporation, I've never felt like working for one, but working in a gang of programmers.
    - it's more targeted towards improving their staff rather than ways on how to make money
    - lets the product sell by itself instead of pushing it to the media
    - competitive paychecks
    - meal tickets
    - yearly company meet ups
    - full transparency between teams and our customers.
    - Mambu Labs, a way to lean something new, that doesn't benefit the product directly, but you benefit from it.
    - in more than 1 year and a bit of working with them, I've never felt stressed.
    - weekly football matches
    - weekly basketball matches

    Cons

Too fast growth, too many people that I've barely exchanged a few words.

    Advice to Management

Due to the rapid growth of the company, there are many people that in my opinion are too shy to talk to other teams, thus creating small groups they prefer to stay around and talk to.

In both company meetings I've been to, I've spoken to people (and I personally felt this way too) that regret the fact that they were too shy to talk to other company members apart from those from their own team.
A good way is to create more events organized by HR to mix the teams and lead people to interact and communicate with each other.

    Cons

    Pros

    Respect, motivation, young management, facilities.

    Cons

Some little problems of finding old documents- for me, at least.

    Advice to Management

Please give feedback in a proper way, not telling: "BUT", instead of "AND", when you want to obtain improvement. Tha best way to get to the employee's way of act is discussing with him/her, asking what is his/her personal opinion, recognising all the time all the good things that he/she has done, and suggest in a friendly way, to improve some parts which need to improve.
