Mammoth Holdings interview questions

Had a great 15 minute filtering interview and was told the hr person was reaching out to who would be my direct report. I told my wife and was excited. A few days passed, with texts and emails sent - first to thank for a great interview and a day or so later to inquire as to what was happening with the meeting we were scheduling. Today, I get this beauty of an email (below) thanking me for applying and saying they chose someone else... Zero class. I know this is par for the course for how employers operate these days, with silence, to show they are "not moving forward," but if we had a great first interview and then it's followed by silence, it indicates a poor level of communication within the team (red flag), or a simple lack of organizational character towards applicants and probably employees as well. "Hi _____, Thank you for the follow up. At this time, we have decided to pursue other candidate for this position. We wish you all the best in your job search. Please note: If you are a NO Call NO Show for your scheduled interview you will NOT be considered for future opportunities. Thank you, ________ ________ Talent Acquisition"
