I applied online for this company. And there were total 3 round. Written Technical Exam, Technical Interview HR Interview. The questions in the written Technical exam were mostly from Soil Mechanics, Concrete Technology, Structures and Transportation and Highway Engineering. The Technical interview was focused on practical knowledge. They gave a drawing and told to find the quantity of concrete.
