It was poorly managed. 30 minutes before my scheduled interview, the hiring manager emailed (rather than call respectfully) to say that unbeknownst to him, there were already offers made so he did not want to continue with our interview. I made time for this call, so I suggested to talk with a recruiter about other roles. The interview was great, but they didn't go any further because there weren't other roles that matched.
