I applied through my college job site as it was an internship, then one morning for a group interview (discuss some topic and reach an agreement) and then if you pass that, another day for the average HR personal interview, which I didn't pass because "I didn't fit the company".
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Management Solutions (Ciudad de Mexico)

Yo iba para el puesto de programador pero me hicieron una prueba de contaduría y no me volvieron a llamar. Además también hacen una prueba de inglés de opción múltiple y una actividad donde tienes que elegir el personal que va a trabajar en un proyecto de acuerdo a unas imágenes que te muestran.
