Interview
I was summoned to do some skill tests and a short group task. After that I had the interview with HH.RR. and partner.
The most interesting interview was the one with the partner. He was very kind to me and explained how the firm started and the current projects they have.

El proceso de selección está compuesto por tres fases: 1. Entrevista con RRHH, 2. Entrevista con algún Gerente o Director y 3. Entrevista con Socio. Al finalizar, envían una carta oferta
Proceso grupal, después con gerencia y por último con socios. Hay dinámicas de grupo donde se juntan entre 8-10 candidatos.
No es complicado conseguir el puesto a pesar de tener bastantes fases

Son 3 fases de entrevista, primero pasas por HR, luego te entrevista un director y al final el socio. Las preguntas pueden ser complicadas o muy sencillas, ya que cada director o socio, pregunta lo que le gustaría escuchar.
