Manarat School-Kuwait interview questions

This is the general process, not specifically what I went through, as mine was a newly-created position. - email and/or telephone contact, depending on location of applicant; special position interviews initially held by Head of Specialists with representation of requested staff; other interviews initially held by other administrative supervisors; short list interviewed with principal, with possible management representation. Applicant was expected to state expected salary without reference to any (non-existent) salary grid.
