Good all good very near and clean easy to answer no pressure nothing very well behaved employeer which I have seen in ages and did not expected this much nice to have experice for any one who wants to go to the next level which doesnt quite common in oyejr places

Interview process is easy. It's an in person interview. The ask you about your previous work experience and what your capabilities are in terms of using certain tools. If you are really skilled they will send you to a site where you'll be able to use tools and contribute that way. That will pay higher. If you are just skilled at labour and not tools, then they will match you to a site that needs that.
